Hi there!  I’m Cindy, and I love that you have taken the time to visit my site.  I hope you feel something when you read my blogs; either laughter, or sadness, (0r both) or even a little bit of anger.  But I sincerely hope, even if you disagree with something I write, that I don’t make you too mad!

You may be wondering, “who is this person writing this story?” Well, I’m a 50- something year old woman who is a recent widow. I have two great children, two dogs, three cats, a guinea pig, and a handful of fish. We all live in North Carolina. My friends find me sweet and a little crazy, both of which may come across in my stories.

As we try to find our “new normal” I have found writing this blog to be therapeutic. It allows me to slowly sift through my emotions and find the grace of God permeating the grief that has followed Joe’s passing.
